November Update: New 'Bellas and New Music

Hey 'Bellas fans!

Here’s a quick update on what we’ve been doing with our semester! (Sorry for the gap in posting. It's been a busy Fall for everyone.)

We have been extremely busy adding four new members and prepping three new songs.
Please give a huge welcome to freshman Casey Ciapciak and Kate Hillsgrove and sophomores Emma Python and Olivia Gregory as the newest members of our Acabellas family! They fit in with the group so well and are already taking on solos!

In addition to adding these lovely ladies we have been hard at work learning new music. "Some Nights" by Fun. is sounding absolutely incredible and "Zombie" by the Cranberries is well on its way to being a new favorite! We’ll be getting music for One Fine Day soon to complete our set of new songs.

Don’t worry some old favorites will still be around come wintertime too! Keep an eye out for the date of our winter concert (which is soon to be determined) and any other mini concerts that might pop up! We cannot wait for everyone to hear our new songs and for all our hard work to pay off! Hope everyone’s having a fabulous semester!

xoxo

More Than a 'Bella: Emily Laughlin

While summer separated most of the 'Bellas, it is a unique opportunity to show you what each 'Bella is like! Each lady will be featured with a photo and a caption to show you what makes them "more than a 'Bella."

Meet Emily, a sophomore Psychology major who sings Soprano 1.

"So I had a fairly boring summer, but I did get a visit from my ADORABLE 4 year old cousin. I got to hang out with him for 3 days. We took him to the pool and the museum (which is where the picture was taken) and it was great to see my aunt and uncle and have some family time."
